Navigating through life’s challenges can be difficult. Building a trusting relationship and a comfortable environment in session with me can be the first step in your journey to enhancing your mental health. Together we can create space for challenges, invite change, and promote lasting individual wellness. I strive to provide you with encouragement, excellent coping skills and a range of new perspectives to work through together.
I earned my masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Brandman University in Irvine, CA with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, and relationships. I previously worked with children and adults in an academic setting and found success in producing effective communication to enhance those relationships and clients self esteem. I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT #129739. I am supervised by Cheng Saetern, LCSW #85700.
