I believe it takes courage to be here. Present in this moment and present in life. Life is full of challenges, big and small, and my goal is to create an environment in which you feel safe exploring those challenges while empowering you in the process. I view therapy as collaborative and relational; that we are meant to work together to improve, repair, or grieve relationships whether within ourselves or with other people. I hope to help you process and establish skills that work for you and your relationships.
I received my masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary, Sacramento. I have experience as a clinician, clinical supervisor, and program manager working with children, youth, and their families with diverse backgrounds and needs. I recognize that every person brings their unique experience of life to the table and I look forward to sitting with you.
