As a clinician, my goal is to work collaboratively with you in order to bring light to your authentic and best self. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to help you reach your personal goal of emotional wellness. My role as a therapist is to use empathetic listening to help you develop healthy coping for the challenges in your life. I recognize that there is diversity in all clients' life experiences, cultural background, relationships, and identity; which is why I plan to meet you where you are at in your own personal journey.
I have experience working with children, teens, adults and families in a variety of settings including: community mental health, schools, and child welfare. Additionally, I acquired experience working with children and teens within the LGBTQ+ community. While working in these settings I supported clients with a variety of mental health needs including: trauma, anxiety, depression, and self esteem difficulties.
I completed my Master's Degree at University of San Francisco in Counseling Psychology. I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #120847. I am supervised by Cheng Saetern, LCSW #85700.
